A ‘Concert for Ukraine’ is a benefit concert to raise vital funds for the humanitarian needs of the people of Ukraine.
The Benefit Concert combines the talents of Australia’s favourite classical and operatic artists, some of which are Ukrainian born, and studied at the Conservatorium of Kharkiv.
The concert is made up of eight internationally renowned artists, who have come together for this special afternoon of great music to support such a significant cause. Additionally the concert will showcase two youth ensembles, the Finesse Quartet and Buevska Trio.
Curated by Rob and Irina Buevska-Cowell of Cappuccino Concerts Australia, alongside Principal Patrons Tony and Gwenyth Lennon, the ticket proceeds will be directed to organisations providing aid within Ukrainian communities.
